The Annual Christmas lunch and year-end recap was celebrated today. It is the time of year that brings reflection – and reminds us how important it is to stop and celebrate our successes along with taking the time to thank all who work so hard day in and day out to keep McLaughlin running smoothly. The progress and improvements we experienced were recognized along with goals for the upcoming year. All departments made huge strides that enabled positive results making way for future improvements. Our veteran staff whom have dedicated over two decades to the company were rewarded and a company wide bonus was announced. Ending the year on a positive note; our department heads, shop team leads, and employees came together and enjoyed some hearty southern BBQ and sweet treats. Today here at McLaughlin we took some time to reminisce on all that we have to be thankful for and appreciate the opportunities the New Year has to bring.
