This year’s Bob Vermeer Spirit of Caring Award goes to Vermeer MV Solutions recipient, Franklin Eldridge, continuous improvement technician.
He is described as extremely friendly – always going out of his way to ask how his teammates are doing and offering a helping hand. He’s always quick to bring the team together to help a team member in need. Franklin is a veteran, a first responder and a member of the safety committee – making it obvious that he cares for others. He also makes an impact with the little things, like remembering birthdays.
